That's why we make sure that our food is 100% halal, so you can feel good about ordering from us. We partner with local chefs to deliver to you freshly cooked food that has your hometown taste. Your order will be delivered to you via our easy-to-use website on your computer, tablet, or phone You always have the option of picking up your order at our partners’ location if you prefer.

Let us tell you how it works: It's simple, just follow the instructions below to get started! 1. Enter your location where you want to find halal restaurants. 2. Choose your favorite chefs or restaurants around you. 3. Place your order after selecting your desired halal food. 4. Proceed with the delivery/pick up and enjoy your authentic halal meal!

We do check carefully with our partners that they cook with Halal meat before accepting any application.

All of our partners submit The health and safety certificate before they being part of Yalla Halal.

We partner with local chefs and Halal restaurants to deliver to you freshly cooked food that has your hometown taste.

We deliver every day from 9AM until 9PM, and different restaurants/chefs will have different opening times. Chefs will need 24 hours in advance to deliver to you freshly cooked food that has your hometown taste. Visit Yalla Halal website to see which restaurants/Chefs are available in your area.

Once you’ve placed your order, it’s sent directly to our partners for them to prepare and package. Once it’s ready, a delivery man will pick up your order and bring it to your delivery address.

We encourage our partners to use the same pricing for delivery as they do for their in-house menu. If you have any questions about menu pricing, please contact the restaurant directly.

Yes! You can schedule orders from the time slots available In our partners page.

Yes. You can use Pickup service to collect orders when you check out.

As long as the restaurant/chef has not yet accepting your order, you're able to cancel your order. If the restaurant/chefs has already accepted your order and you want to cancel, please get in touch with us, by sending an email to contact@yallahalal.co.uk

The delivery fee is variable, based on your location. Some restaurants use their own delivery drivers. In that case, the restaurant sets its own delivery fee. You pay less for nearby restaurants and you'll always know how much at check out.

Service fees is 5% of the total order price and you will always see the exact amount at checkout. The service fee is to allow Yalla Halal to add more features to enhance our customers experience and give them a great quality of service that they deserve.

If you have specific allergies and are concerned about any items on a menu, please check the restaurant notes section of the restaurant menu when you check out and add any allergy information and for further information contact the restaurant directly prior to ordering. You can also include allergy information in the comments section of the product.
